What is ReadMyLuck?

ReadMyLuck is an AI-powered platform that generates personalised metaphysical readings from your birth data. Available systems include BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Chinese Astrology (Shengxiao), Pythagorean Numerology, Human Design, and Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology). Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Creating a free account lets us save your readings and manage your token balance. You only need a valid email address and a password.

Is it free to try?

Yes — every new account receives 3 free tokens on sign-up so you can try a reading before buying anything.

Tokens & Pricing

What are tokens?

Tokens are the credit used to generate readings on ReadMyLuck. It is a simple prepaid system: you top up tokens, and each reading deducts tokens from your balance.

How much does a reading cost?

Each reading generation costs 2 tokens.

What token packages are available?

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and shown in the app at the time of purchase:

Packages are a one-time purchase (top-up). There is no auto-renewing subscription and you are never charged automatically.

Do tokens expire?

No. Purchased tokens remain valid as long as your account is active.

Payments

What payment methods can I use?

Payments are processed through iPaymu, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway. You can pay via Bank Transfer (Virtual Account), QRIS, and supported e-wallets, all on iPaymu's secure payment page.

How do I buy tokens?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open the token / top-up menu and choose a package.
  3. You'll be redirected to the iPaymu secure payment page.
  4. Complete the payment using your preferred method.
  5. Your tokens are credited to your account automatically once payment is confirmed.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are handled on iPaymu's PCI-compliant gateway. ReadMyLuck never sees or stores your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials. Payment confirmations are verified directly with iPaymu before any tokens are credited.

How long until my tokens are added after payment?

Tokens are credited automatically within moments of iPaymu confirming your payment. You don't need to do anything — your balance updates on its own.

My payment succeeded but my tokens didn't appear. What do I do?

First, refresh the page or re-open the app — the balance usually updates automatically once the payment is confirmed. If your tokens still don't appear after a few minutes, email support@readmyluck.com with your registered email and the time of payment, and we'll resolve it promptly.

What currency are payments in?

All payments are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), inclusive of applicable taxes.

Can I get a refund?

Tokens are a digital consumable good and are considered delivered the moment they are credited to your account, so purchases are generally final and non-refundable. In the case of a demonstrable technical error on our side (for example, you were charged but tokens were never credited and could not be recovered), contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Readings

How accurate are the readings?

Readings are generated by AI and are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight only. They are not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.

Which reading systems are available?

BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Chinese Astrology (Shengxiao), Pythagorean Numerology, Human Design, and Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology).

Can I view my past readings?

Yes. All readings generated under your account are saved to your reading history and accessible any time you're logged in.

Account & Privacy

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, or contact support if you need help regaining access.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings section of the app. Deletion permanently removes your personal data and readings. Note that any unused tokens are forfeited on account deletion.

How is my data handled?

We only collect what's needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we store and how we protect it.
